Privacy Policy for Muzix
Last updated: September 18, 2026
Muzix, operated by CENDRO LABS PTY LTD ("we", "us" or "our"), is an AI music creation app at muzix.app. You can generate songs and instrumental tracks, create lyrics, process uploaded media and manage your music library. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you use these services.
For privacy questions or requests, contact [email protected].
1. Google sign-in and Google user data
When you choose to sign in with Google, Muzix requests basic identity permissions: openid, email and profile. Google provides your Google account identifier, email address, email verification status, name and profile picture, when available. We do not request access to Gmail messages, Google Drive files, contacts, calendars or YouTube data. We do not receive your Google password.
We use your Google account identifier and email to identify you, create or find your Muzix account and sign you in. Your name and profile picture identify your account in the app. Your account connects you to your saved music, credit balance, purchases and subscription. We may use your email to respond to support requests and associate a checkout with your account.
We store your account identifier, email, name and profile picture URL in our Cloudflare D1 account database. Authentication uses a session cookie in your browser. Our hosting and database providers process this information to operate Muzix. When you purchase a plan, your account email and purchase identifiers are shared with Paddle to process and associate your payment. Account names may also appear with shared music.
We do not sell Google user data or use it to train generalized AI models. Google sign-in information is used for the account and service purposes described here, rather than as music-generation input. Muzix's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
2. Other information we collect and why
- Creative content: prompts, lyrics, song titles, style settings, images or audio you submit, generated music and processing results. We process these to fulfill your requests, display results and maintain your music library and generation history.
- Account and billing records: credit balances, usage, plan and subscription status, customer and transaction identifiers, and purchase history. We use these to provide paid features, manage credits, handle refunds and resolve payment issues. Paddle collects payment details through its checkout; Muzix does not collect or store your full payment card number.
- Technical and usage information: IP address, approximate country, browser and device information, page visits, referral sources, interactions and error logs. We and our service providers process these to deliver the website, apply regional trial eligibility, prevent abuse, diagnose problems and measure site and campaign performance.
- Support communications: information you send us by email, which we use to investigate and respond to your request.
3. Service providers and sharing
We use third-party services to run Muzix. The information they receive depends on the feature you use:
- Hosting and storage: Cloudflare provides backend processing, database and media storage. Our website hosting infrastructure processes requests and technical logs.
- AI processing: music generation providers, including KIE.AI and PiAPI, process generation prompts, lyrics and settings; OpenAI processes inputs for text and image-based tools; Replicate processes audio submitted for vocal separation. These providers receive content needed to produce your requested results, which can include uploaded media or media URLs. Avoid including personal or confidential information in creative inputs.
- Payments: Paddle processes purchases, billing, subscriptions and associated customer information under its own privacy policy.
- Analytics and measurement: Google Analytics, Google Ads, Microsoft Clarity and Plausible analytics hosted at actone.app process website usage and technical information. Clarity may record page interactions and session replays to help us understand usability; Google Ads measures advertising performance and conversions.
We may disclose information when required by law or when necessary to investigate abuse, protect users or establish or defend legal claims. Muzix does not sell your personal information.
4. Music visibility and shared content
Music is generated as public by default unless you select an available private option. Public music and associated information, such as titles, lyrics, artwork and creator names, may be accessible to others through discovery, music pages or shared links. Private generation is a paid feature. Check the visibility setting before generating or sharing content.
Other people may retain copies of content you make public or share. Removing content from Muzix cannot remove copies already downloaded or shared elsewhere.
5. Cookies and browser storage
We use cookies to maintain sign-in sessions and language or navigation preferences. Browser storage may hold unfinished generation forms and information used to track sign-in or checkout completion. Analytics and advertising services may also use cookies or similar technologies to measure visits, interactions and conversions.
You can control cookies and clear local storage through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent sign-in or other account features from working. You can also manage advertising preferences through your Google account.
6. Storage, retention and security
We retain account information, including Google sign-in information, while needed to maintain your account and provide the service. Music, generation history and related records are stored to make your library available. Temporary uploads and failed processing records may be removed through scheduled cleanup; generated content should not be treated as permanent backup storage.
You can request deletion as described below. Some transaction, support or security records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or complete outstanding transactions. Retention depends on the record and the reason it is needed; deleting an account does not necessarily remove all billing records held by a payment provider.
We use HTTPS for data transmission, authenticated sessions and access controls for service operations. No storage or transmission system can guarantee absolute security. Our infrastructure and providers may process information in countries outside your country of residence.
7. Access, correction, deletion and revoking Google access
To request access to, correction of, a copy of or deletion of your personal information and Muzix account, email [email protected] from the address associated with your account. Specify what you want us to do, including whether the request covers your generated content. We may ask for information needed to verify account ownership before handling the request.
You can revoke Muzix's Google connection through your Google Account connections settings. Revoking access stops future authorized access through that connection; it does not automatically delete information already stored in your Muzix account. Contact us separately to request deletion.
Depending on your location, you may also have rights to object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent where processing relies on it, or complain to your local privacy regulator. Contact us to exercise these rights or raise a concern.
8. Children's privacy
Muzix is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and address it.
9. Policy updates and contact
We may update this policy when our services or data practices change. The updated policy will appear on this page with a revised date.
